IMPORTANT:

  1. Age is determined by wrestler age on 12/31/24
  2. (1) One Weigh-In covers wrestlers for the entire weekend in all divisions/participation at the lowest weight recorded. 
  3. Wrestlers are not locked into a pre-determined or pre-qualified weight class. Wrestlers can move up or down at the scales for entry based on wrestlers actual weight at the scales.
  4. All States Welcome – No Memberships Required to Coach or Compete
  5. Rookie=1st year wrestlers ONLY
  6. Novice=1st or 2nd year wrestlers ONLY
  7. All Wrestlers receive a .9 weight allowance
  8. *High School Community Division -No more than three (3) wrestlers may come from other schools that make up this team* 
  9.  If you wish to challenge someones age, it’s a $100 fee- If your challenge was successful you will get your $100 back.

Weigh-In Details

IMPORTANT WEIGH-IN DETAILS: 

  1. Wrestlers must wear singlet or athletic shorts to weigh-in.
  2. (1) One weigh-in is acceptable for all divisions and tournament participation. The lowest weight made is the accepted weight.

HOW TO ADD & MANAGE YOUR ROSTER

1. GATHER YOUR TEAM’S INFORMATION

You will need each player’s first and last name, unique jersey number, DOB, Grad Year, and parent/guardian email address.

Athlete email is not required for upload or submission but is a column must be in the template

2. FIND YOUR TEAM

Log into your PlayerFirst account to view and manage your TEAMS

3. ENTER YOUR ROSTER

Select the + icon to add your roster.

When adding a roster for the first time, you will be prompted to Agree to Terms of the tournament.

Select the method for entering your Roster- from Scratch or a previous roster

Click the Add to Roster button

Add Athlete Row to type in each player’s information, or Upload Roster to import a CSV file. CSV TEMPLATE LINK.

 

 

 

4. SAVE ROSTER

To Save your roster all required athlete and coach information must be complete.

For Coaches – a cell phone and email for each coach is required and one coach must be designated as the Head Coach

5. SEND WAIVERS

Select recipients to email parents asking them to complete a waiver.

6. MANGER YOUR ROSTER & WAIVER STATUS

You can manage waiver status, add players, and send reminders from your TEAM Page.

7. FINALIZE ROSTERS

Once you have added your coach(es), finalized your players, and all waivers are signed, Finalize your Roster.
Only waivered players listed on the final roster submission will be allowed to participate in the event.
